We are looking for an Experienced Machine Operator with hands-on experience in furniture and metal fabrication to operate and manage production machinery at our manufacturing facility.

Factory Location: Mandideep Industrial Area

The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of fabrication processes, machine operation, basic troubleshooting, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.

⁠ ⁠Set up machines and adjust operating parameters as required.

⁠ ⁠Operate *power presses, hydraulic press brakes, shearing machines, metal cutting machines, welding and spot welding machines, pipe bending and powder coating equipment*.

⁠ ⁠Ensure correct loading, positioning and handling of materials.

⁠ ⁠Monitor machine performance and identify defects or abnormal operation.

⁠ ⁠Perform basic machine troubleshooting and adjustments.

⁠ ⁠Conduct quality checks during and after production.

⁠ ⁠Follow production drawings, specifications and work instructions.

⁠ ⁠Carry out routine cleaning, lubrication and basic machine maintenance.

⁠ ⁠Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.

⁠ ⁠Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.





⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.

Technical Skills

⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with Power Press, Hydraulic Press Brake and Shearing Machines

⁠ ⁠Experience with metal cutting and welding machines

⁠ ⁠Knowledge of spot welding and pipe bending

⁠ ⁠Experience with powder coating equipment preferred

⁠ ⁠Basic machine setup, parameter adjustment and troubleshooting

⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic systems

⁠ ⁠Ability to use measuring and inspection tools

⁠ ⁠Ability to read basic fabrication/engineering drawings

Candidate Profile

⁠ ⁠ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production or related field preferred

⁠ ⁠*3–7 years of relevant experience*

⁠ ⁠Solid hands-on experience in *furniture and metal fabrication*

⁠ ⁠Technically skilled and capable of identifying basic machine issues

⁠ ⁠Quality and safety conscious

⁠ ⁠Reliable, disciplined and comfortable working on the factory floor

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
