As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing timely solutions to maintain system stability and performance, thereby supporting business continuity and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, SAP UI5 Development.
- Expertise in OData, CDS Views, HANA, IDOC and RAP.
- Strong knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting techniques within SAP environments.
- Experience in analyzing system logs and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks.
- Ability to work with database technologies and optimize queries for better system performance.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP modules and third-party applications.
- Skilled in documenting technical issues and solutions to support knowledge sharing.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
