- Maintenance: Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on single-needle, overlock, flatlock, and buttonhole machines.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, or basic electrical faults quickly when machines break down.
- Repair and Calibration: Adjust thread tension, timing, and stitch length, and replace worn-out parts like needles, loopers, and knives.
- Installation: Set up current factory machinery, test its performance, and calibrate settings for specific fabrics (e.g., denim, cotton, knitwear).
- Record Keeping: Maintain logs of repaired equipment, spare parts inventory, and scheduled maintenance
