- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and promote best practices within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align data strategies with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, PySpark.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with PySpark.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline development and orchestration techniques.
- Experience in managing large-scale data processing and transformation workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing environments.
- Ability to optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and scalability.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
