- Cost Tracking: Monitors operational expenses like fuel, vehicle maintenance, and driver wages.
- Cash Flow Management: Handles vendor bills and complex freight invoicing based on weight or route distance.
- Asset & Stock Control: Tracks warehouse inventory and calculates the financial depreciation of transport fleets.
- Financial Reporting: Prepares monthly profit-and-loss statements and analyzes financial performance per shipping route.
- Tax & Compliance: Ensures adherence to international trade regulations, customs duties, and statutory tax laws.
- Managing Payroll
- Handling Quick books
