1) Work Monitoring: Supervise daily in office electrical installation works—including conduit routing, wiring, cable laying, panel setups, and earthing systems—to ensure compliance with layout drawings.
2) Bill Verification: Cross-check subcontractor running account (RA) bills directly against physical site measurements and signed Joint Measurement Records (JMR).
3) Quantity Audits: Verify the exact quantity of electrical materials consumed on-site by installation vendors to prevent inventory wastage or over-billing.
4)Timeline Tracking: Monitor vendor manpower and progress daily against scheduled project milestones to prevent delays.
5)Quality & Safety Check: Inspect finished electrical layouts to verify they meet basic safety standards and quality standards before releasing payment clearances.
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
