HR Executive

Position: HR Executive
Location: Silvassa
Experience: Minimum 5 Years as hr executive
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, attendance management, statutory compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Maintain employee files, HR records, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable regulations.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Conduct employee induction,



orientation, and exit formalities.
- Support performance appraisal, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll coordination, statutory compliance, labor laws, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in MS

Experience:

- HRMS Software : 4 years (Preferred)
