Role Summary:

We're looking for an energetic Event Manager to plan and execute HR and leadership-focused events—from wellness sessions to CXO roundtables. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for cold calling and onboarding HRs from corporate companies to participate in and partner for events.





Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage end-to-end execution of internal and external events.
- Coordinate with HR leaders, speakers, and internal teams for seamless event delivery.
- Cold call and reach out to corporate HRs for event participation and collaboration.
- Handle logistics, vendor coordination, and event communication.
- Maintain event data, feedback, and CRM records.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years in event management or business development.
- Robust communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in cold calling or corporate outreach is a must.
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setup.
