Kefa Solar Energy is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executives to join our growing team in Changanacherry, Kottayam.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting solar energy solutions, generating leads, meeting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable solar solutions, and converting enquiries into sales.

This is an excellent prospect for candidates who are interested in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and market Kefa Solar Energy's solar products and solutions.
- Generate new leads through field visits, customer referrals, networking, and other marketing activities.
- Identify potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their energy requirements.
- Explain solar power systems, benefits, savings, and available solutions to customers.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits when required.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales enquiries.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and personal meetings.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer enquiries, quotations, and sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.




- Participate in promotional activities and local marketing campaigns.
- Represent the company professionally when meeting customers.
- Provide regular sales updates to management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales ability are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, field sales, or solar industry will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in solar sales, electrical products, construction materials, real estate, banking/financial sales, or other field-sales positions are encouraged to apply.

Freshers with a positive attitude and strong communication skills may also be considered.
