Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing and mixing different materials according to site requirements.
- Carry, move, load, unload, and organize materials at the work location.
- Support the site supervisor and machine operators in routine activities.
- Assist with general production and construction-related work as required.
- Keep the assigned work area clean, organized, and free from unnecessary material.
- Use basic hand tools and equipment carefully and responsibly.
- Follow instructions given by supervisors and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and use the required safety equipment.
- Take care of materials and avoid unnecessary wastage or damage.
- Perform other site-support duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.





Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 10th standard passed.
- Should be physically fit and comfortable with manual and site-related work.
- Willing to work at different project/site locations when required.
- Should be punctual, responsible, and disciplined.
- Must be able to understand and follow basic work and safety instructions.
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, fabrication, or material handling will be an added advantage.
