Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Montessori Teacher to join our preschool team. The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment while following Montessori principles and supporting the overall development of young children.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate Montessori activities and classroom lessons.
- Prepare and maintain Montessori learning materials and classroom resources.
- Encourage children to learn independently and develop practical life skills.
- Support children's cognitive, language, social, emotional, physical, and creative development.
- Observe each child's interests, abilities, and developmental progress.
- Maintain a calm, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Provide individual attention and guidance according to each child's needs.
- Encourage good manners, self-discipline, independence, and respect for others.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
- Maintain daily attendance, activity records, and basic student documentation.
- Participate in school events, celebrations,



parent meetings, and staff training.
- Follow all school policies relating to child safety, hygiene, and supervision.

Requirements

- Montessori Teacher Training / Montessori Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education / Preschool Education will be an advantage.
- Previous experience working with preschool or Montessori-age children preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with young children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a teaching team.

Working Hours

Full-time – School working hours

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
