We're a premium D2C flower brand (Amorflore) looking for someone who can shoot, edit, and appear on camera to build our brand's video presence — from product/process content to reels that carry a recognizable face and voice for the brand.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts) for daily/weekly posting
- Film behind-the-scenes content: bouquet-making, packaging, delivery, workspace/studio moments
- Edit raw footage into polished, on-brand videos (cuts, transitions, captions, music, color grading)
- Use AI tools to speed up editing, captioning, and content ideation where useful
- Work with the marketing/social media team to align video content with ongoing promotions and paid campaigns
- Maintain a shot library/asset bank of raw and edited footage for reuse
Requirements:
- Proven experience shooting and editing short-form video (portfolio/reel required)
- Comfortable and confident on camera — natural presenting ability, not shy of appearing in content
- Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Working knowledge of AI-powered tools for editing, captions, or content creation (e.g. CapCut AI, Adobe AI features, auto-captioning tools)
- Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and smartphone/camera shooting techniques
- Solid sense of current content trends and formats (Reels/Shorts style storytelling)
- Ability to work independently and self-shoot without a large crew
