ROLE:

We are looking for customer-focused Chat Support Executives to handle customer queries through live chat, provide effective solutions, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

​ELIGIBILITY:

- ​Graduate in any discipline
- ​Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- ​Excellent written English communication
- ​Good typing speed & accuracy
- ​Basic computer/MS Office knowledge
- ​Good analytical & problem-solving skills
- ​Customer-focused attitude
- ​Comfortable working in rotational day & night shifts

​KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- ​Handle customer queries through live chat
- ​Provide accurate information and solutions
- ​Resolve or escalate customer concerns when required
- ​Maintain customer interaction records
- ​Meet quality, productivity & response-time targets
- ​Follow company SOPs and quality standards

​ TRAINING & SALARY:





​ Training: 30 Days

Training Stipend: ₹10,000

​After Training:

Freshers: ₹13,000 + ₹1,000 Incentive

Experienced: ₹14,000 + ₹1,000 Incentive
