Job Summary : We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic candidates to join our teaching team. Freshers with the required qualification are also welcome to apply. The candidate should have good subject knowledge, communication skills, and an interest in teaching and supporting students.

Key Responsibility:

1. Support the teaching staff in daily classroom activities.

2. Assist students with their learning and classroom requirements.

3. Help prepare teaching materials and classroom activities.

4. Maintain classroom discipline and cleanliness.

5. Support students during academic and extracurricular activities.

6. Assist the main teacher in monitoring student progress.

7. Coordinate with teachers and support staff as required.

Qualification:

· Minimum: Any Degree with D. T. Ed / B.Ed.

Experience:

1. Relevant: Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in teaching, classroom assistance,



or student support.

2. Preferred Location: Candidates from Dharmapuri and nearby areas.

Soft Skills:

1. Good communication skills.

3. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

4. Teamwork and cooperation.

5. Valuable classroom management skills.

6. Responsibility and punctuality.

7. Ability to build a good relationship with students.

Technical Skills:

3. Knowledge of classroom management.

4. Ability to prepare teaching and learning materials.

5. Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
