Role and responsibilities -

Business Development

- Handle enquiries from Google, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, website, email, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and quotations with the technical team.
- Follow up with customers until order closure.
- Build relationships with QA, Engineering, Purchase, Projects, and Maintenance teams.
- Generate repeat business and AMC opportunities.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and forecasts.

Commercial Operations

- Coordinate with validation engineers for site scheduling and execution.
- Track quotations, POs, reports, invoices, and customer communication.
- Ensure timely project updates and customer responses.
- Maintain CRM and customer records.

Digital & Process Improvement

- Identify and implement digital tools to improve efficiency.
- Support automation using Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Excel,



Power BI, etc.
- Develop dashboards and management reports.
- Recommend process improvements to reduce manual work and enhance customer experience.

Marketing Support

- Support LinkedIn marketing and customer engagement.
- Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, case studies, and email campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: MBA (Marketing) or BBA with relevant B2B technical sales experience; Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 3–6 years in B2B technical sales, business development, sales coordination, commercial operations, or project coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
