About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and service-oriented F&B; Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team. The role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of our in-house restaurant, room service, banquet events and other F&B; requirements of the hotel.

The ideal candidate should be well-presented, courteous, attentive to guests and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
- Handle restaurant, room service and takeaway orders.
- Assist with banquet functions, meetings and special events.
- Set up and explicit tables while maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
- Ensure proper presentation of tables, cutlery, crockery and service equipment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and Front Office teams for smooth guest service.
- Be familiar with the menu and assist guests with basic recommendations and queries.




- Support billing and POS operations when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and grooming standards at all times.
- Report guest feedback, complaints or operational issues promptly to the supervisor.
- Assist with stock checks and proper handling of F&B; supplies and equipment.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel or F&B; service role is preferred.
- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid guest-service attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and restaurant service is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
