HTML Developer, Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a versatile HTML Developer, Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive who can handle website development and maintenance, manage digital advertising campaigns, and support business development activities through cold calling and sales follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in website development, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and sales/business development. Candidates who are interested in joining the company permanently on a full-time salary basis will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development

* Develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.

* Make website updates, content changes, and basic design/layout improvements.

* Troubleshoot and resolve basic website issues.

* Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimized for performance.

Digital Marketing & Ads

* Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns.

* Monitor leads, conversions, budgets, and campaign performance.

* Conduct basic audience and keyword research.

* Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.

* Support social media and other digital marketing activities when required.

Cold Calling & Business Development

* Make cold calls to potential clients and introduce the company’s services.

* Generate and follow up on business leads.





* Communicate with prospective clients and understand their requirements.

* Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.

* Assist the business development team in converting leads into potential opportunities.

Requirements

* Practical experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website development.

* Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

* Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, sales, or business development will be preferred.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to confidently communicate with potential clients.

* Positive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

* Willingness to work from the office.

Good to Have

* Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.

* Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

* Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics/GA4.

* Previous experience managing website projects and paid advertising campaigns.

* Experience in B2B sales or lead generation.

Work Arrangement

* Part-Time / Freelance initially.

* Opportunity to transition to a Full-Time, permanent position on a salary basis based on performance and mutual suitability.

* Office-based role.

* Preferred location: Dankuni / Kalipur.

* Candidates from nearby areas will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who are comfortable handling a combination of website development, digital marketing, cold calling, and business development will be given preference.

Experience: Previous experience in web development, digital advertising, cold calling, or sales is preferred.
