Job Highlights

We are hiring a Quality Analyst to audit international sales calls, identify quality and process issues, and maintain daily quality reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Audit international sales calls and flag quality/compliance issues.

- Prepare daily audit reports using MS Excel.

- Send daily email reports through Outlook.

- Upload call recordings and audit files daily.

- Maintain accurate quality documentation and meet daily deadlines.

Requirements

- Excellent listening and analytical skills.

- Ability to understand Western accents.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook.

- Prior International BPO experience is an advantage.

- Previous QA/Call Auditing experience preferred.

Mandatory Work From Home Setup

- Desktop or Laptop with MS Office & Outlook.

- Reliable broadband internet connection.

- Ability to work full-time during the evening shift.
