Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of service professionals to ensure exceptional customer engagement and satisfaction across the Rajasthan region

- Develop and implement effective customer management strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency

- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration, providing guidance and support to team members to achieve performance objectives

- Monitor service performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives to enhance service quality

- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

- Achieve a customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher through effective service management and team performance

- Successfully lead the team to meet or exceed service delivery targets, resulting in improved operational metrics





- Establish a positive team environment that promotes engagement, retention, and professional growth for all team members

- Increase customer loyalty and retention rates through proactive customer engagement initiatives

Ideal Candidate

- 8+ years of experience in customer management and team leadership roles, preferably in a service-oriented industry

- Solid customer management skills with a proven track record of enhancing customer experience

- Excellent team management and handling abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing team members

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
