- Preparing procurement budgets for projects.
- Ensuring purchases are within budget constraints.

4. Purchase Order & Documentation
- Issuing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Maintaining proper documentation of purchase transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
5. Quality Assurance
- Ensuring materials meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinating with quality control teams for inspections and approvals.
- Managing returns and replacements for defective materials.
6. Logistics & Inventory Management
- Coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery to construction sites.
- Managing inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Implementing efficient storage and handling practices.
7. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Managing procurement risks such as price fluctuations, supply chain disruptions, and fraud.
- Implementing ethical procurement practices.
8. Reporting & Analysis
- Preparing reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance.
- Analyzing market trends and price fluctuations.
