Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Area Sales & Service Executive to manage the complete customer lifecycle—from generating business opportunities and demonstrating XRF Gold Testing Machines to installation, customer training, and after-sales technical support. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the assigned territory while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Identify and approach potential customers, including jewellers, hallmarking centres, refineries, laboratories, and jewellery manufacturers.
- Generate new business opportunities through regular field visits and customer interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable XRF machine solutions.
- Conduct live product demonstrations and explain machine features, benefits, and applications.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Develop and strengthen business relationships within the assigned territory.

Installation & Customer Training

- Install and commission XRF machines at customer locations.
- Install software, configure the system, and ensure proper machine setup.
- Verify machine performance before handover.
- Train customers and operators on machine operation, software usage, and routine maintenance.

Technical Service & Support

- Attend customer service requests and provide on-site technical support.




- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and health checks to ensure optimum machine performance.
- Coordinate with the senior technical team for advanced troubleshooting whenever required.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain daily reports of customer visits, sales activities, installations, and service calls.
- Update customer information and service history.
- Submit regular activity reports to the reporting manager.

Training

Selected candidates will undergo one month of comprehensive practical training at our Surat office, covering:

- XRF technology and machine operation
- Product knowledge
- Sales process and customer handling
- Product demonstrations
- Machine installation and commissioning
- Software installation and configuration
- Customer training
- Preventive maintenance
- Basic troubleshooting and technical support

After successfully completing the training, candidates will independently manage their assigned territory for sales, installation, and service activities.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate, ITI, or Diploma holder
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
