CRM – Real Estate
Location: Borivali, Mumbai | Experience: 4–5 Years

Are you an experienced CRM professional with strong knowledge of customer relations and collections in real estate? Join our team and play a key role in managing customer relationships and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.

- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales and post-sales journey.
- Handle collections, payment follow-ups, and outstanding dues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and updates in CRM software.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and project teams to resolve customer queries.
- Handle customer communication, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and track collection reports and customer status updates.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and requests.

What We’re Looking For

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in real estate CRM.
- Strong experience in collections and payment follow-ups.




- Hands-on knowledge of CRM software and customer data management.
- Good understanding of real estate processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customers effectively.
