We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace operations, primarily on Amazon and Flipkart.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Central and understand the basics of product listings, catalogue management, orders, inventory, promotions, and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub

Create, update, and optimise product listings, titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords

Monitor product pricing, inventory, orders, returns, cancellations, and account health

Manage FBA / Easy Ship / Seller Fulfilled operations on Amazon

Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Assist in managing Amazon Ads, deals, coupons, and promotions

Handle marketplace cases, customer issues, and account-related concerns

Coordinate with the design, warehouse, and operations teams

Track competitors, pricing, keywords, and marketplace trends

Prepare regular sales and performance reports

Ensure product catalogs and marketplace information remain accurate and up to date

Requirements-





Minimum 1 year of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Management

Freshers can apply if they have positive practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Central

Good understanding of Amazon & Flipkart marketplace operations

Basic knowledge of SEO, product listing optimisation, keywords, and online sales

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and coordination skills

Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Skill-

Graphic design knowledge is an advantage.

Candidates who have basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools will be preferred, as the role may involve coordinating or making basic e-commerce creatives and product images.
