Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Jr. HR Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with candidates, explaining our Paid Training + Internship Programs, managing follow-ups, and converting interested candidates into successful enrollments.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, convincing, and follow-up skills with the ability to independently handle candidates and achieve 5–7 successful enrollments/closures per month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with potential candidates and understand their career requirements.
- Explain Paid Training + Internship Programs, course benefits, process, and opportunities clearly.
- Handle candidate queries and build confidence through effective communication.
- Follow up consistently with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert qualified/interested leads into successful program enrollments.




- Independently manage the complete candidate follow-up and closure process.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollment status.
- Coordinate with the HR/Training team for candidate onboarding after confirmation.
- Achieve a minimum target of 5–7 successful enrollments per month.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Share regular updates on follow-ups, conversions, and pending leads.

Requirements:

- Experience: Fresher – 1 Year
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and candidate-handling ability.
- Confident in calling and explaining programs to candidates.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with monthly closure targets.
- Basic knowledge of HR, recruitment, counseling, or sales will be an advantage.
- Valuable coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned leads.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
