About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our diagnostic laboratory team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing samples, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support patient diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect blood, urine, and other biological samples from patients following standard protocols
- Perform laboratory tests (hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, pathology, serology, etc.) accurately and efficiently
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
- Record, verify, and report test results promptly to physicians/consultants




- Maintain quality control and adhere to safety and infection-control standards
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and disposal of samples and biomedical waste
- Maintain lab inventory, order supplies/reagents as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and lab documentation
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff for smooth workflow
- Follow NABL/hospital accreditation guidelines (if applicable)

Requirements

Education:

- DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) / BMLT / BSc in Medical Lab Technology (or equivalent)

Experience:

- Freshers may apply; 1–3 years of hospital/diagnostic lab experience preferred

Skills:

- Sound knowledge of lab procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in shifts, including emergencies
- Basic computer skills for report generation/LIS software

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
