Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head of Facilities / Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the complete maintenance and facility operations of the park. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all rides, equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, civil works, utilities, buildings, and other facility infrastructure are maintained safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day maintenance and facility operations of the park.
- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of rides, machinery, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, pumps, and other equipment.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
- Lead and allocate work to the maintenance team, technicians, electricians, plumbers, and other staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and critical areas.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and within the required timelines.
- Maintain records of maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, spare parts, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair, servicing, AMC,



and facility-related work.
- Monitor the availability and proper usage of tools, spare parts, consumables, and maintenance materials.
- Identify maintenance requirements and prepare material/replacement requirements for approval.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with Operations, Security, Housekeeping, Horticulture, and other departments for facility-related requirements.
- Handle emergency maintenance situations and ensure quick resolution.
- Monitor the condition of buildings, pathways, gates, furniture, fixtures, signage, drainage, water systems, and other infrastructure.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and upkeep of plant rooms, workshops, utility areas, and maintenance stores.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly maintenance reports for management.
- Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Train and guide the maintenance team on secure working practices and equipment handling.
- Take ownership of the overall facility readiness, safety, cleanliness, functionality, and maintenance standards of the park.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
