We are hiring an experienced Branch manager to oversee clinic operations, lead the team, achieve business targets, and ensure excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities:-

· Manage daily branch operations.

· Lead and motivate the team to achieve revenue targets.

· Ensure excellent patient experience and service quality.

· Monitor sales, appointments, conversions, and branch performance.

· Co-ordinate with doctors and staff for smooth operations.

· Handle staff performance, reporting, and customer escalations.

Requirements:-

· Graduate preferred

· 3-8 years of branch manager experience.

· Experience in cosmetology, hair & skin Clinic, healthcare, wellness, dental or hospital industry is mandatory.

· Strong leadership, communication, sales and team management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
