About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and client-focused Travel Consultants to join our growing travel agency team in Surat. In this role, you will interact directly with clients to understand their travel needs, offer expert recommendations, and plan customized travel itineraries (domestic and international).

Key Responsibilities

* Client Consultation: Meet with clients in-person to discuss their travel preferences, budgets, destinations, and requirements.

* Itinerary Planning: Create customized travel packages, including flights, hotels, local transportation, sightseeing, and tour packages.

* Booking & Coordination: Handle travel bookings, reservation confirmations, visa guidance, and client paperwork.

* Customer Support: Provide end-to-end guidance to clients before, during, and after their trips to ensure a seamless travel experience.

* Sales & Promotion:



Recommend special offers, travel insurance, and seasonal destination packages to achieve sales targets.

Requirements & Skills

* Solid communication and interpersonal skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.

* Passion for travel, destination knowledge, and customer service mindset.

* Basic computer skills (browsing travel portals, sending emails, using MS Office/Excel).

* Previous experience in a travel agency or sales/customer consultation role is a plus (freshers welcome).
