We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing Events & Advertising team.

The role involves identifying potential clients, meeting businesses in person, presenting our event and advertising solutions, generating leads, and converting them into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Visit potential clients and understand their event, branding, and advertising requirements.
- Present and explain our event management and advertising solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Coordinate with the internal creative, marketing, and operations teams to fulfil client requirements.
- Maintain daily reports of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Research local businesses, companies, communities, institutions, and event opportunities to identify potential clients.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and networking events.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confident and comfortable meeting clients face-to-face.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of advertising, digital marketing, branding, or events is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
- A valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle would be an advantage.
