Position: Customer Success Executive

About the Role

ZoFlowX is looking for a Customer Success Executive to manage client relationships, understand customer requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience working with software or SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with clients
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal/technical teams
- Follow up on pending tasks and provide timely updates to clients
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations professionally
- Support customer onboarding and ensure successful product adoption
- Track customer requirements, follow-ups, and deliverables
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Identify customer needs and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Participate in client calls, meetings, and product discussions when required





Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Relationship, Account Management, Client Servicing, or similar roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with software products, SaaS, IT services, CRM, or similar technology products
- Solid customer-handling, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, or Google Sheets
- Experience with Zoho products will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
