About the Role:

Softkingo is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth within the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain robust client relationships for long-term business growth
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions (Web, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain sales pipeline and report progress regularly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution





Key Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Applications, Digital Marketing)
- Knowledge of lead generation tools and techniques (LinkedIn, email marketing, bidding platforms, etc.)
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle client interactions confidently
- Strong problem-solving and presentation skills
