Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Certinia PSA Technical Product Manager to manage and enhance Certinia PSA on the Salesforce platform. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce/engineering teams and system operations teams to deliver enhancements, integrations, fixes and process improvements across an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance Certinia PSA (Salesforce) capabilities to improve usability, business efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into clear technical user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering teams on solution design, integrations, system architecture and implementation.
- Lead requirements gathering, refinement, testing, UAT support and production implementation activities.
- Work with multiple business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancements and fixes.
- Provide technical and process support for Certinia PSA-related issues, requests and business inquiries.
- Investigate issues, coordinate root-cause analysis and drive resolution with appropriate technical teams.
- Support Salesforce system users through training,
documentation and adoption activities.
- Establish and maintain appropriate product governance, processes and delivery standards.
- Participate in system design and architecture discussions and evaluate proposed technical solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of overall qualified experience with 3+ years of hands-on Certinia PSA implementation, administration or product management experience.
- Strong experience as a Technical Product Manager / Product Owner within Salesforce environments.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, technical story writing, backlog refinement, testing and UAT support.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce technologies and the ability to participate in technical design and architecture discussions.
- Experience coordinating multiple engineering and business teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Salesforce Administrator experience/certification is an advantage.
- Understanding of order management, revenue recognition, billing or revenue-related operations is preferred.
- Gurgaon or Pune location is preferred, but candidates from other locations in India are also considered.
