Advanced knowledge or electroplating and surface finishing technologies Hands-on experience with Gold, Nickel, Silver, Electroless Nickel plating Preferable experience in V ibmbot plating and Reel-to-Reel plating Robust analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance Ability to analyze and solve complex technical challenges
