Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain MacBook systems, applications, and user accounts.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot macOS and software applications.
- Handle user issues related to hardware, software, network, and system access.
- Configure email, VPN, Wi-Fi, printers, and other peripherals.
- Perform system updates, security patches, and regular maintenance.
- Manage user permissions and access controls.
- Maintain system inventory and asset records.
- Troubleshoot MacBook hardware issues and coordinate with service vendors when required.
- Assist with data backup, recovery, and system security.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve tickets within the required timeline.
- Maintain proper documentation of system issues and resolutions.

Required Skills:





- Minimum 1 year of experience in MacBook/macOS administration or IT support.
- Positive knowledge of macOS troubleshooting and configuration.
- Basic knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365/Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of IT security and endpoint management.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:
Any degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
