Job Summary

BeastDrive is looking for a creative, confident, and camera-friendly Social Media Influencer & Content Creator to represent our brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging content, building brand awareness, and driving audience engagement through social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging short-form and long-form content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Be the face of BeastDrive by appearing in videos, reels, promotional campaigns, and live sessions.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals.
- Develop creative ideas for trending reels, product showcases, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant ideas into content strategies.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
- Track content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Build and grow the company's online presence and community engagement.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce impactful campaigns.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Influencer,



Digital Marketing Executive, or similar role.
- Freshers with a strong social media presence and content creation skills are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident speaking in front of the camera.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Basic video shooting and editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar applications.
- Creative storytelling and copywriting abilities.
- Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and analytics.
- Basic graphic design and branding knowledge is an advantage.

Additional Requirements

- Candidates must currently be based in Bengaluru.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Must be comfortable appearing in videos and representing the BeastDrive brand.
- Willingness to work from the office on a full time basis.
- A portfolio or links to social media profiles and previous content creation work will be an added advantage.
