We are looking for an Entry-Level Purchase Executive to support the procurement of electronic components, PCBs, and production materials. The candidate will work closely with Stores, Production, Engineering and Accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Review BOMs and identify required electronic components and quantities.
- Source components such as resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, diodes, transistors, cables and PCBs.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare price, availability, MOQ and lead time.
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with vendors for order confirmation and delivery schedules.
- Maintain purchase trackers, vendor records and quotation details.
- Coordinate with Stores and Production regarding material requirements and shortages.
- Assist in sourcing components from platforms such as Mouser, DigiKey,



Arrow and element14/Farnell. These platforms provide BOM and component availability tools practical for electronics procurement.
- Support identification of alternate components in coordination with Engineering.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of electronic components and PCB/PCBA manufacturing.
- Understanding of BOM, MPN, MOQ and lead time.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Good communication and vendor follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn electronic component sourcing and procurement.
- Freshers with relevant Electronics/Electrical knowledge can apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
