Job Summary
looking for a Calibration Engineer to manage calibration activities for measuring and testing instruments, maintain calibration records, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform calibration of measuring and testing instruments.
- Maintain calibration schedules, records, and certificates.
- Ensure instruments are properly calibrated and traceable to standards.
- Coordinate with external calibration agencies/laboratories when required.
- Identify calibration issues and support corrective actions.
- Maintain calibration documentation and quality records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and procedures.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of calibration and measurement instruments.
- Understanding of basic metrology and measurement systems.
- Knowledge of ISO 17025 / NABL will be an advantage.
- Valuable documentation and computer skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in calibration, metrology, quality inspection, or instrumentation in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
