Role Overview

KVARYS International Private Limited is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Social Media Executive to create engaging visual content, manage the company's social media presence, and support brand-building initiatives. The ideal candidate should be skilled in video editing, content creation, social media management, and digital engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Video Editing & Content Creation

- Edit raw video footage into high-quality reels, shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, testimonials, and brand content.
- Create engaging video content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Add transitions, effects, graphics, captions, background music, and branding elements to enhance video quality.
- Ensure all videos align with the company's brand identity and communication standards.
- Coordinate with management, operations teams, and content creators to develop video concepts and campaigns.
- Maintain an organized archive of video footage, project files, and completed content.

2) Social Media Management

- Manage and maintain the company's social media handles across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram
- Schedule and publish social media posts, reels, stories, shorts, and promotional content as per the content calendar.
- Ensure timely posting of content and maintain consistency in branding and communication.
- Monitor comments, messages, and social media interactions and coordinate with relevant teams for responses when required.
- Track social media trends, competitor activities, and viral content opportunities.

3) Content Planning & Marketing Support

- Assist in developing monthly content calendars and social media campaigns.
- Create captions, hashtags,



thumbnails, and supporting creatives for social media content.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to execute promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement, followers, reach, and lead generation through social media.

4) Analytics & Performance Monitoring

- Monitor performance metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, watch time, followers, and conversions.
- Prepare periodic reports on content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze audience behavior and suggest content strategies to improve engagement and brand visibility.

5) Brand Reputation & Digital Presence

- Ensure all social media profiles remain updated and professionally maintained.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity, messaging, and brand positioning across all platforms.
- Assist management in building and strengthening the digital presence of KVARYS International Private Limited and its associated brands.

Qualifications

- Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. Skilled in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras and managing lighting equipment. Strong command over video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Portfolio: A solid portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
