We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist | CogCons

CogCons is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our digital presence and help drive measurable business growth through SEO, content, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong content and creative thinking with a performance-driven approach to digital marketing.

What You’ll Do

- Plan and execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimization, technical SEO coordination, and performance tracking
- Create and manage high-quality website, blog, landing page, and campaign content aligned with our brand and business objectives
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Display campaigns
- Manage Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram, including audience targeting, creatives, retargeting, and campaign optimization
- Develop content calendars and support CogCons’ presence across relevant digital and social channels
- Build landing pages and campaign journeys focused on lead generation and conversions
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools and continuously improve ROI
- Track key metrics including traffic, rankings, CPC, CTR, CPL, conversions, and ROAS
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities




- Work closely with internal teams to translate CogCons’ services and expertise into compelling digital campaigns and content

What We’re Looking For

- Proven hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, and Content Writing
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Ability to write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research, and SEO tools
- Robust understanding of lead-generation funnels and conversion optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make informed optimization decisions
- Good communication, organization, and ownership skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

Bonus Points

Experience marketing B2B, consulting, technology, engineering, or professional services businesses would be an advantage.

What Success Looks Like

You’ll help CogCons strengthen its organic visibility, create content that communicates our expertise, generate qualified leads through paid campaigns, and build a consistent, measurable digital marketing engine.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
