Urgent hiring Customer Support Executive – Technical Support (International Process)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹42,000 – ₹46,000 CTC per month

Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, chats and emails.
- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell whenever required.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.

Eligibility

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Customer Service, Technical Support or Sales.
- International BPO experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
