We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive-Learning an development to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, with a strong focus on soft skills, employee development, onboarding, and performance improvement in the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Training Needs Assessment: Identify training and development needs by working closely with department heads, managers, and employees.

· Training Strategy: Develop and implement training plans aligned with organizational goals and departmental requirements.

· Training Content: Create engaging training materials including presentations, videos, handouts, case studies, activities, and other learning resources.

· Training Delivery: Conduct effective training sessions with a strong focus on soft skills such as communication, leadership, customer service, teamwork, time management, and interpersonal skills.

· Non-IT Training: Design and deliver training programs for departments including International Sales, Accounts, Quality, Purchase, Logistics, and Operations.

· Employee Onboarding: Conduct induction and onboarding training programs to help new employees understand company culture, policies, processes, and expectations.

· Communication & Soft Skills: Develop employees' professional communication, presentation, interpersonal, problem-solving, and workplace skills.

· Performance Improvement: Identify employee performance gaps and develop appropriate training interventions to improve productivity and effectiveness.

· Training Evaluation: Collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.

· Training Records: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, feedback, assessments, and employee progress.

· Training Reports: Prepare regular training reports and share insights with HR and department heads.





· Learning & Development: Support employee development initiatives and contribute to creating a continuous learning culture within the organization.

· LMS Management: Manage training content, employee participation, and training records through the Learning Management System (LMS), where applicable.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or HR training.

· Strong experience in soft skills training and employee development.

· Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to engage and train employees at different levels of the organization.

· Experience in designing training materials and delivering interactive training sessions.

· Experience in training Non-IT departments such as Sales, Accounts, Quality, Purchase, Logistics, and Operations.

· Good understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.

· Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online training tools.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

· Certification in Training & Development, HR, L&D;, or a similar field.

· Experience in conducting onboarding and induction programs.

· Experience in training employees working with international/US teams.
