Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Field Marketing Executive to drive outreach, institutional partnerships, and enrollment for Schovia's AI Foundation programs at schools and engineering colleges.

This is a field-based role, with Vijayawada as the base location. The candidate will travel to schools, colleges, and educational institutions to meet administrators, faculty, placement cells, and other decision-makers.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in marketing, field marketing, or business development, along with a good understanding of AI concepts and their practical applications. The candidate should be confident in communicating technical information clearly, understanding institutional needs, presenting Schovia's programs, generating leads, and building long-term institutional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:





* Visit schools and engineering colleges to promote Schovia's AI Foundation programs and identify recent business opportunities.

* Generate leads and build strong relationships with school administrators, college faculty, placement cells, and other institutional decision-makers.

* Understand the needs of institutions and recommend suitable Schovia programs and solutions.

* Conduct presentations, seminars, information sessions, and program demonstrations for students and institutional stakeholders.

* Manage follow-ups, maintain accurate records of leads and outreach activities, and coordinate with the internal team.

* Drive institutional enrollments, achieve assigned marketing targets, and contribute to long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

* 2–4 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, business development, or a related role, preferably in education or technology.

* Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical applications; technical background is preferred.

* Strong verbal, written, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.

* Ability to understand client/institutional requirements and communicate how Schovia's programs can address their needs.

* Willingness to travel for school and college visits, with a proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing preferred

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
