The senior floor role — you'll run the plant day to day and be the first call when something needs a decision.

Responsibilities

- Start up and run the RO plant, bottle-blowing machine, and RFC line each shift
- Production planning & shift scheduling across the water / jar / soda lines
- Staff supervision and attendance
- Safety and housekeeping oversight on the floor
- Monitor machine parameters (pressure, flow, temperature) and handle first-line troubleshooting
- Coordinate with the Chemist on water quality before and during production runs
- Log daily production output

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in a mechanical or electrical trade, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Prior experience operating bottling or FMCG production machinery preferred
- Comfortable supervising a floor team
- Based in or willing to relocate to Karunagappally

*Negotiable based on experience.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
