Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from multiple sources and address basic customer queries effectively.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Communicate confidently with customers in Hindi and English.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting suitable products or services based on their needs and budget.
- Assign qualified leads to the appropriate branch or department for further processing.
- Direct customer queries to relevant departments and ensure timely follow-up.
- Schedule customer appointments and follow-ups based on client availability.
- Create and manage client WhatsApp groups and provide timely project-related updates.




- Maintain seamless communication with clients throughout the project journey.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback.
- Prepare reports and summaries based on customer satisfaction and lead-related data.
- Manage email and social media communications related to updates, offers, and announcements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth customer service.
- Ensure a qualified and consistent customer experience that reflects the company’s brand values.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
