CROSSBECK is looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to drive store sales, manage sales teams, support franchise partners and contribute to market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

* Achieve monthly & annual sales targets and drive revenue growth.

* Develop and implement sales strategies, schemes and promotional activities.

* Monitor daily sales, footfall, conversion, average bill value and stock movement.

* Lead, train and motivate the sales team and monitor individual performance.

* Conduct regular store and franchise visits and support partners in improving sales and profitability.

* Ensure proper implementation of CROSSBECK’s sales, customer service and merchandising standards.

* Identify new markets, locations, franchise opportunities and business prospects.

* Conduct market visits and competitor analysis and provide market feedback on pricing, products and customer preferences.

* Support new store launches and market expansion.

* Prepare and analyse daily,



weekly and monthly sales reports and identify performance gaps. * Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, retailers and local business contacts. * Coordinate with management to resolve store, sales and operational issues.

Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per month
