We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter who enjoys meeting people, finding the right talent, and helping great candidates become part of our team.

What You’ll Do:

- Find Talent: Search for excellent candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
- Connect & Screen: Talk to candidates, understand their skills and career goals, and identify the right fit.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews and stay connected with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Close Positions: Work closely with hiring managers to fill open positions within the required timeline.
- Build Relationships: Create a positive experience for candidates from the first call to joining.
- Maintain Records: Keep candidate details, interview updates, and recruitment trackers organized.
- Build the Talent Pool:



Keep in touch with promising candidates for future opportunities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of recruitment experience; freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence to speak with candidates and hiring teams.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements at the same time.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Coimbatore)
