Job Title: Business Development Executive (Telecalling)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (Telecalling) to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and drive sales through outbound and inbound calling. The candidate will play a key role in business growth by building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
- Explain company products/services clearly to clients
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures





Required Skills:

- Solid communication and convincing skills
- Sales and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

Qualification:

- Any Graduate / Diploma
- MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory

Experience:

- 0–1 years in telecalling / telesales / business development
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- Hindi is mandatory
