We are actively hiring energetic Business Development Executives to drive ground-level property owner acquisition for our rental platform,

In this role, you will be on the ground—identifying rental properties, pitching landlords in person, assisting them with mobile app downloads, and onboarding verified property listings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scout assigned streets and collect 20 to 25 fresh "To-Let" property owner contacts daily.
- Conduct 15 to 20 direct in-person pitches daily to residential and commercial owners.
- Assist property owners with mobile app downloads and completing high-quality listing uploads.
- Close at least 1 to 2 paid property listing activations every working day.
- Submit comprehensive daily activity reports by 5:00 PM.

Requirements:

- Minimum Intermediate (10+2) or any Bachelor's Degree.




- Fluent in Telugu with conversational English skills.
- Must possess a personal two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.
- Android or iOS smartphone with an active internet data connection.
- Strong in-person communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with high energy are welcome to apply).
