Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Fashion Designing Trainer / Faculty to join our Fashion Designing Training Institute. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, positive communication skills, and the ability to train students through both theoretical and practical sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theory and practical training sessions in Fashion Designing.
- Teach topics related to fashion design, garment construction, pattern making, sewing, textiles, and fashion illustration.
- Provide hands-on practical training and demonstrations to students.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and practical activities.
- Guide students in designing and developing garments and fashion projects.
- Evaluate student performance through practical assessments, assignments, and examinations.
- Maintain student attendance, training records, and assessment reports.
- Motivate and support students in developing their technical and creative skills.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends, garment techniques, and industry practices.
- Maintain a professional and positive learning environment.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of Fashion Designing / Fashion Technology.
- Valuable practical knowledge of garment construction and pattern making.
- Knowledge of sewing machines, fabrics, textiles, and garment finishing.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and student development.

Educational Qualification

Required:

- M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Fashion Designing
- or
- M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Fashion Technology
- Candidates with relevant Fashion Designing / Fashion Technology qualifications and practical knowledge are encouraged to apply.Experience
- Freshers can apply if they have strong practical knowledge and a passion for teaching.
- Candidates with prior experience as a Fashion Designing Faculty / Trainer / Instructor will be preferred.
