Girls' Hostel Warden
Experience: 1-5 years
Salary: 18,000-20,000
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities, routines, and general conduct of hostel residents.
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all girls residing in the hostel.
- Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations fairly and consistently.
- Monitor attendance, roll calls, leave records, and student movements.
- Ensure students follow prescribed schedules for study, meals, recreation, and bedtime.
- Address students' concerns, complaints, and personal or welfare-related issues with sensitivity.
